1. The Joaquin ISD School Board met tonight in regular session at 6:00 p.m. in the Joaquin Boardroom with the following members present:  Jay Dee Cockrell, Tam Hearnsberger, Jimmy Hamilton, , Charles Leflett and Thomas Harvey

Board members absent:   Chrisco Bragg and Ronnie Belrose

Guest(s) Present: John Martin, Hilltop Securities; Jeff Cater

April 1, 2016 - Joaquin ISD announces the 2016-2017 Joaquin Junior High cheerleaders and mascot. Squad co-captains are Ebbie McCann and Chrislyn Pena. Mascot is Sarah Ewing. Cheerleaders are JJ Bass, Addisyn Harvey, Madison Baker, Kalie Brooks, Kaylee Oliver, Molleigh Fults, Victoria Byrd, Kaylea Neal, Dori Daw, Jacy Covington, Emma Martin, Brooklinn Penning, and Ashleigh McKim.

March 24, 2016 - Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of March, 2016 the Board of Trustees of the Joaquin School District will hold a regular meeting at 6:00 p.m., at the Administration building, Joaquin, Texas.

March 9, 2016 - Joaquin ISD will not hold classes on Thursday, March 10th or Friday, March 11th.  Staff will still need to report at 9am on both days.    

JH/HS Cheer tryouts will still be conducted at the scheduled time on Friday, March 11th.

March 4, 2016 - Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of March 2016 the Board of Trustees of the Joaquin School District will hold a special meeting at 6:00 p.m., at the Administration building, Joaquin, Texas.
