February 16, 2026 - Mt. Zion C.M.E. Church's Black History Program is at 3pm on Sunday, February 22 and the 2026 Black History Month Theme is "A Century of Black History Commemorations."

July 13, 2025 - Mt. Zion C.M.E. Church is hosting its 7th Annual Pastor and Wife Appreciation for Rev. Richard Edwards and First Lady Sharren on Sunday, July 13, 2025 at 11am.

March 17, 2025 - Mt. Zion C.M.E. Church is hosting a Women's Conference on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 9am until 12 noon. The conference theme is "Fruit of The Spirit" Galatians 5:22-23. A $10 donation is appreciated.

April 24, 2024 - Mt. Zion C.M.E. Church is delighted to extend a cordial invitation to join the Baccalaureate Service of the Graduating Class of 2024. This special occasion will take place on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at 11am at the Mt. Zion C.M.E. Church located at 921 Martin Luther King Drive in Center, TX.

February 2, 2024 - Mt. Zion C.M.E. Church Women's Conference Saturday, February 10, 2024 10am-12pm "No Stressing."
