March 28, 2022 - Join the Fun at Grill Fest this weekend, April 1st and 2nd. In addition to sampling great barbeque you can participate in the 42 Tournament and the Washer Pitching Tournament, both Sponsored by Shelby Savings Bank.

Both events will be held on Friday evening this year. Registration for the 42 Tournament begins at 5:30 and the Tournament begins at 6:00. Please note, this is an hour earlier than in the past. Registration fee is $10 per person/$20 per team. Winning team takes the jackpot prize.

March 16, 2022 - The Grill Fest sanctioned barbecue cook-off, presented by Farmers State Bank, will take place Saturday, April 2 at the Shelby County Expo Center/Rodeo Arena. The Gold Sponsors are Badders Law Firm and Pilgrims Pride.

March 1, 2022 - The Shelby County Chamber Ambassadors are excited to invite the public to a Ribbon Cutting at SAKS of Love, the newest Chamber member. The Ribbon Cutting will be held on Saturday, March 5th at 2:00pm. SAKS of Love is located at 193 North George Bowers Drive, in Tenaha, Texas.

December 31, 2021 (Nomination Form) - The 99th Annual Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Celebration & Awards, presented by Farmers State Bank, will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022. We will celebrate and recognize the achievements of 2021 and welcome a new year. The theme for the Awards Celebration will be Denim and Diamonds!

December 6, 2021 - F.L. Moffett Family are hosting Hot Cocoa and A Treat on Saturday, December 11 at 10am until 11:30am at Portacool Park Basketball Courts. Activities include Hot Cocoa Bar with sweet treat, basketball with coaches, and books to take home!
